If you are anything like me, you find yourself rushing through life.
Just as I am writing this, I am reminding myself to slow down. Breathe.
I am not in a race, the words will come.
I have found myself rushing through many parts of my life.
Eating, talking, working out, walking, writing, making a meal, brushing my teeth, getting dressed, the list goes on.
What I have found is when I rush through things I am doing them in a state of anxiety. I feel on edge. Like everything needs to get done right away, so I can have more time in my day to rush through more things.
How To Stop Caring What Other People Think

do you think Einstein or Darwin or Mother Teresa we’re worried about people thinking if they were crazy?
People definitely thought they were crazy! These people had ideas and beliefs that were outside the “norm” but they ran with their passions anyway.
and thank goodness they did! Because without people following their passions and their heart, we would not be where we are today.
If you truly speak from your heart, speak your beliefs and dreams, there are going to be people who shut you down, who challenge you, and who tell you that you are wrong.
